Trust in SELF. Understanding one's own divinity and one's own power. Love and compassion for one's own SELF.
In this day and age, no one and I mean NO ONE berates us more, no one criticizes us more or beats us over the head more than we do to ourselves. We are by far our own biggest critics and if we could resolve our own inner battles we could then resolve the external battles that are expressed in our realities.
If we could start to display more compassion for our own Self then we would automatically start showing compassion for others.

Having a conversation is always better when there is someone else there to talk to. :) Sex is also better with someone else. Above all, I would have to say TRAVEL. Traveling is a lot of fun, but it is best when you have someone there to share in the moment.

Many great teachers have come and gone in my life and I am sure that there will be many more, but above all EXPERIENCE has been the greatest teacher for me.

LoL! Because my Mommy told me that I have too. :)
Seriously, I am here on Gaia because I have something to say. I have knowledge, wisdom and insights to share with you and with the world that can assist anybody and everybody with the way that they deal with and and create the events, circumstances and conditions of their day to day lives.
These questions, however obsurd or funny allow me to share my insights with you and at the same time allows me insights to other people's perspective.
...And its FUN too!!

There isn't a big difference. It is simply that technology has enabled us to find and communicate with like minded people easier than in days of yore.

Watch Your Language!

Words, whether written, spoken or thought can be very powerful tools, motivators and even weapons. By simply noticing the words that you use and the words that the people around you use can make a huge impact on your life.
Listen to the words that you utter. Pay attention to those thoughts in your head. Notice the things that you tell yourself day in and day out.
How many times do you tell yourself or hear yourself saying, “Nothing ever goes my way” or “Why does this always happen to me?” or even “Why me?”
In the last two or three weeks I started making a concerted effort to pay attention to the things I say and to the thoughts that I think. My place of work is not a pleasant one. Most people are disgruntled and even mean spirited. Usually I dread going to work and come home miserable.
That has changed. I started noticing that I and other people around me were constantly saying and thinking things like, “This place is going to hell in a hand basket”, “Nobody appreciates what I do”, “We will never get ahead of the game” and “I am the only one here who cares”.
After noticing the words that I spoke and THOUGHT, I then began to change my wording and began to stop over generalizing and over exaggerating. For instance, when someone came up to me and asked, “How are you?” I almost always responded by saying, “Not bad”. Nat bad is a double negative and hides the truth. I now respond with “Excellent” or “Wonderful”.
Even when I continued to speak the negative words, I would catch them in my mind and correct them and eventually started correcting them BEFORE I spoke them.
In a mere two weeks time my stress levels have dropped DRASTICALLY. I catch myself singing to the Muzak and laughing at the situations that would have previously stressed me out. The people around me have not only taken notice, but now use me as a calming factor to help them get through their day. People come up to me and thank me for being there and tell me how much they appreciate me being there.
My environment has changed. My outlook on life has changes. I now come home feeling happy and fulfilled… even appreciated, all because I took notice of the words that I used and the words that I entertained in my mind. Even my chiropractor has noticed the change in my body and how my muscles no longer hold the tensions that they did just week’s prior.

For me a better question would be "How HAS your future Self inspired you?", because I am able to tap into those energies.
If any of you have ever heard of Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP then you may be aware of timeline therapies. These are wonderful tools that are also very fun to use.
My future Self has imparted some very insightful tips and wisdom to me over the years.

Unconditional Love!
Did you ever notice that your cat or dog love you no matter what you look like in the morning or no matter how moody you are? They love us even when we do not love ourselves. That says a lot.

Robin Hood and the Big Bad Wolf... Kidding.
Seriously, the story of ME and my own Inner Transformations is paramount. That is what is really about for all of us, our own story and how it unfolds within the bigger picture of life.
Who am I?
What am I?
What is my role in life?
What is my intent?
How can I introduce mself to that cutie down the street? (I bet you weren't expecting that one.)
How can I change the world?
How can I change myself?
How do changes within me affect the outside world?
Its all baout ME! Me! Me! Me!
